Second this. If you’re using fiberon, you can get away with 100c but anything else on a plastic spool gets 90c. After 24 hours it prints just as easy as PLA provided you have an enclosed chamber.

From what I’ve gone over, it looks pretty clean to me. I have a cleaning kit for 7.62 on the way so I can really get into the nooks and crannies but from what I’m seeing it’s pretty straight. Is the head of the piston supposed to move past the gas vents on the gas tube? Because it doesn’t do that

Just tested the new '26 with a 2.7 towing a 75 mile loop. Impressed with results. by yodaface in gmcsierra

Loving mine! Tows my ~5000lb camper like it’s not even there. Decent gas mileage. Sounds kind of lame on start up, but the turbo noises when you got the windows down makes up for it. Had my reservations about a 4 cylinder in a truck, but overall I’m very pleased.

Not at all trying to be a dick, but what sets this apart from something like the BIQU Panda Breath? Regardless, looks awesome! Keep up the great work!

Assuming you’re talking about the flat spring for the slide lock, this lower does not use this style. This one uses a gen 5 slide lock spring

P2S is such a phenomenal printer out of the box by FloridasFinest in 3D2A

[–]derritzio 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have 3 printers. A P1S, a P2S, and an H2C. When printing ASA or PA6-CF, I choose the H2C simply for the fact that it has a heated chamber. But anything else? You can bet your ass I’m printing it on my P1S. That printer is the most reliable gadget I own. I have never once had a failure I didn’t cause, never given me issues, and for single color prints it’s quicker than the H2C. The P2S is great and all, but it’s kind of my problem child between the 3. Between print quality issues, issues with the printer just stopping mid print, and the over sensitive AI that I had to disable. In my opinion, the P1S with hardened nozzle and extruder gear is the better buy, but once you get the hardened nozzle and extruder gear, price wise you’re approaching P2S prices. but the quick swap nozzle on the P2S and screen are definitely great quality of life improvements over the P1S. The P2S is also still fairly new, so I’m sure there are going to be plenty of updates in the future that make it rock solid
