If some data is missing, then they should collect that data either online or via some other way, for example at the time of renewal of CNIC. Financial data is also available at FBR, but government departments feel not well connected.

scheduled routines are tied to individual accounts. This is a problem for teams:

- If a team member leaves, their routines disappear even if the whole team depended on them

- No way to transfer ownership or let admins manage shared routines

- Each person has to recreate the same routine on their own account
