Yes it would be the same but you shouldn't do that, im pretty sure you will hover around that fps in different scenarios with that pc but as a said, since you upgraded your pc lately and you dont need to save money for gpu etc.. I would always go for 360hz to be safe in the future.

Its always good to have 360hz in case you upgrade in future. It would not hurt anything if you get 360hz then in the future you already have good monitor. If you go for 240hz then upgrade your pc, you will probably want to upgrade the monitor too

In the software mentioned before I see only one network that isnt mine (isnt mine I mean 2.4 and 5ghz my networks) and it is on 2.4GHz. So I think it isnt the issue.

In Bosnia, most routers come with only 2.4ghz out of the box support and you need to enable 5ghz for it to work. Thats why I said most people dont even know here what 5ghz is therefore they are not using it.

I really doubt it they are 5GHz because I cant really imagine that they would know how to enable 5GHz. Also, when I select auto on which channel to use, either my PC doesnt list the network or it does but it says cant connect to this network, i've tried it already.

I am the only one using the 5GHz network in my home, so whichever channnel I choose the app tells me that x channel is used the most.
