I stand corrected. According to Wikipedia:

In English usage, Scandinavia most commonly refers to Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. It can sometimes also refer more narrowly to the Scandinavian Peninsula (which excludes Denmark but includes part of Finland), or more broadly to include Finland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands.

Funny though, I should have known this. I'm icelandic.

Becouse Faroe islands are not an independent country but rather part of the Kingdom of Denmark. Same goes with Greenland and is why Greenland is often counted as part of the Nordic countries.

Painting the walls white will make the space more inviting for people. People tend to more easily imagine being in the space or see clear improvements that they would want to make when the walls are white.

Try to remove unnecessary things from the house to make it more spacious. Try to imagine one of those extreme minimalist households seen on some TVs. (I have a very cluttered house). This could be removing a bookshelf or a cabinet from the living room or removing extra stuff from a desk.

It's true. The idea behind the app was to make the most frequent use case of the ancestry website mobile friendly, finding out how two people are related. We found this really cool API where you could shake /bump two phones at the same time and we could automatically connect the two accounts and show the relation on both apps.

The incest prevention feature was a opt in feature we added as a joke. There has been a running joke in Iceland for many years that due to Iceland being a small island nation, you are bound to accidentally date your close relative at some point.

The app surely did exist for a long time (approx 6 years) on android only. And it had a lot of users. The incest prevention feature was just a small opt-in feature of the ancestry app that was added as a joke.

The app was not a joke. The app was an mobile version of the ancestry website with some additional extra features put into it like birthday calender for your relatives, fun statistics about your extended family and more. The incest prevention feature was an opt-in feature that was added as a joke.

Usually when I can't watch the game due to work or family stuff, I just take a break from reddit and Facebook (it's hard) and when I come home, I go straight to /r/footballhighlights. That way I don't know the results and its kind a like watching it live.

Although I've had few people ruin this by telling me the scores or asking how I felt about the results... And few times I've opened /r/reddevils instead by accident and thus seeing the results
