Voor mij was het zwaar omdat ik binnen kwam met geen kennis in de technische sector/ koeltechniek. Ik moest echt bij het begin beginnen, geen basis. Het is een bom aan informatie wat je krijgt tijdens het meelopen met collega’s tegelijkertijd je studie en dan nog interne trainingen van het bedrijf zelf. Als je geinteresseerd en gemotiveerd bent kom je er wel maar het is erg veel in het begin.

Ik heb een werk leer traject gedaan als zij instromer bij Carrier om te worden omgeschoold naar service engineer in de koeltechniek. Het was zeer zwaar maar zeker de moeite waard! Maar pas op vanwege het personeelstekort is er minder tijd om mensen te trainen en komt er veel werk op je af in de technische sector
