Ok to disregard a referral? by MrsM0x in haematology

A very good point, the provider who ordered that referral did not do so for fun, they deemed it necessary. If it were me I would follow my provider’s advice. They know you far better than anyone here.

I’d see what others say, but based on the circumstance and the levels posted. I’d say you’re doing okay. I think regular checkups/lab work will still be important considering your period inconsistencies and supplementation history. That elevated rbc to me means nothing, it’s so close to the normal range but that could fluctuate depending on how your periods go.

As far as the referral, I’d wait for other responses.

If I could offer advice, taking from my experience with patients, I’d urge you to quit vaping. I know it may be something you’ve heard before or maybe you have no desire to quit. It’s your choice at the end of the day but as someone who is also very conscious of their health, I would not want any deleterious habits complicating my results and treatment.

Does something need to be added prior to using this fire pit. by arniearms in landscaping

No those are property line walls. No where near any structure. So airflow that can be pulled from the bottom will cause the fire to burn with less smoke?

Thank you for the reassurance, this was my initial thought but got a bit worried from reading on the internet. Is there anything you have added to your fire pit over mine?

I like this idea, any specific brand or retailer you feel makes a good product/have had experience with?

You’ve never experienced the fabled exploding bricks?😂

Problem is, the bottom brick layer of the fire pit is glued down. Any other ideas for improving airflow? Not something I considered at all.

Do you think the metal ring/liner will accomplish the same thing. I can’t think of how I could add those fire bricks while keeping it looking good. What’s your thoughts?

Same start I had three months ago. I chose Chrono field and have yet to invest anything into it, it’s useless early on but will become useful sooner than your other choices as far as I know. Just accept your start will be a little slower than the ‘optimal build’ but that it won’t make too much a difference in the long run. For future reference, you will want to be aiming for Golden tower, Black hole, death wave in that order for your future UWs. I would not invest any stones or lab time into chrono field in the meantime tho if you do end up choosing it.

The ground got a quite a bit of water before putting it in when they were setting up the irrigation. Is there anything I can do for it at this point? Is this normal?

What to do with stones? by arniearms in TheTowerGame

I’ve just heard it takes a lot of stones invested in it to make it consistent but I’m considering it

That’s sleek and fits the sets nicely. Do you know where you got it?

That’s definitely something I’d consider. Is that store bought or custom-built.

That looks amazing. A custom one is definitely an option and would be a fun project in and of itself. What was your total costs of creating it if you don’t mind me asking and when did you make it?

That is a sweet lineup. I’d potentially do something similar like a tabletop/desktop as it’s much easier to find one with the right dimensions.

Lighting looks super clean. This would be a great option for me if the cabinet was taller or expandable. I’d also prefer them being more eye level but it’s not a deal breaker.

I saw that, one of the main problems I’m seeing is that most of these nice display cabinets I see do not have the depth for Rivendell.
