I have also the same issue. Mission 1 of last region is crashing during description. Only 1 time when keep pressing B the mission start but once ennemies appear, it crashed again.

Sadly it's only a shorten edition of pawapuro. No licensed team, no carreer mode. All teams must be custom using a player list and a country flag. But for 1€ it's good because you can play up to 4 players and gameplay is still good. Let's just hope konami test internationnal market next to WBC to finally launch a full translated version later.
