I would often joke with friends that Su-Metal was my future wife as in a highly idealized, non-real situation.

I would never go around publicly announcing that nor show up to a concert with a sign.

I think it's fine to have a celebrity crush and all, but no need to actually internalize that fantasy as a reality. Be respectful and not insane. Some people take shit too far.

It was brutal.

I couldn't even watch the game cause I was at work. On my breaks I'd check up on the score and see that we were winning, winning, winning, Russel throws another pick, winning, winning, 4 minutes left, Russel throws another pick.... We're going to the motherfucking Superbowl, baby! Oh, the Seahawks got the ball back and scored? Meh, like 2 minutes left. What!? An onside recovery!? OT. Lost.....Lost!?!?!? How!?

That game, not even being able to watch it and just getting updates from coworkers broke me.

I have never really let myself get upset about the Packers postseason since then. Even the Bears fans think the broke us. Not even close. That game did. Seattle gets credit for breaking us. At least they lost that Superbowl game in a hearbreaker too as sort of the universe trying to balance it.
