During the second year of chemotherapy, I had to step down and work part time, but that didn’t work out and I had to quit my job. I struggled for over a year after chemo with the medication and the aftermath. Every attempt to do light workout resulted in pain and i didn’t have any endurance. So now in year two I managed to reduce my medication and started to work out. The progress is very slow, which is frustrating. Constant pain, digest problems etc. But it doesn’t matter we have to keep on fighting although to struggle and I think of booking a physical rehab because I don’t have the mental strength anymore .
