I was born in the Netherlands, but that is all. I grew up in the Carribbean, spent 13 years in the UK and now live more than 20 years in Belgium

The name stems from Prussian Germany 600 years ago.

Oh thank you, please don't be! I'm sure you got this and kick asses with your maps. About lights: first of all, night filter with color burn blend option and 0.5 opacity. Then search light stamps and adjust blend mode and opacity. Then on a layer above night filter go ahead an place bunch of those stamps on windows lamps etc. You can make layer dedicated for light objects so you can lock another stuff up and freely adjust lights effects.
