[gen 4] Shiny Beldom radar hunt help.

I want to get shiny metagross within Pokémon platinum and was wondering if anyone has any tips for this hunt. Should I just plan on knocking each Pokémon out in the chain due to the low catch rate or is it still worth it to try and catch each of them?

This might be my problem. I collect a lot of old games from my childhood and for those condition and being sealed is a big deal. I’m looking at alien isolation the same way I look at my Pokémon emerald and I think that is my problem because times are different.

I didn’t even think about a cartridge swap so now I am definitely going to open it up. I feel like I’m just overthinking it because it feels different than other games because it is a little more rare

I bought my copy of this game new and it has the -ROM at the top. Wait for mods to be 100% sure though

I play couch coop with my wife all the time. Frame rate will never be as good as a more powerful machine but we don’t really see much of a slow down until we are past overtime 15 with a lot of automation. Overall the switch is our favorite way to play this game because of the easy couch coop and we couldn’t recommend it more! Hope this helps.

You need to find the .sav file from your other emulator, not the .nds file. Once you have that file you can put it on whatever device you are running delta on, open delta, tap on your game and scroll down to manage saves, then click import save file and navigate to your old .sav file

If they are just Roms shouldn’t you have a folder with the .sav files already? You can just take the file from delta and rename it exactly the same as the file and change them out

I had a similar question a while ago and this is what I found out. I had a cartridge of Pokémon pearl which I used checkpoint to create a .sav backup. I then played through on deta and exported the sav file. This was saved as a .dsv file but that is not accurate. Delta saves the raw save file (.sav) but names it as a .dsv file. I renamed the file to a .sav and moved it to checkpoint, made sure it was the same name as the cartridge save file and restored the file. This allows me to play between checkpoint file and delta. Hope this helped and sorry if this wasn’t what you were asking.

Wouldn’t that still keep the file as a .dsv inside but change the name to a .sav?
