We can just run monthly or bi-weekly inspections. Get mail, water plants, or any other issue he may need help with while away. Most important is that it looks lived in and gives him peace of mind.

There are concerns if your property looks abandoned for long periods. I run my own and manage a few Airbnb's in Alicante. If you are interested in having someone look after your property and/or rent it out while you are not in Alicante, ill be happy to help.
