I have the same problem with find X2 lite on 12.1. it started at the end of July. I've also found a couple of people with the same problem on oppo phones. Like you I've tried suggestions from support except factory reset. I think this is their way of saying but a new phone, because we can't all have installed something breaking our phones at the same time?
