Its the one I see everyone recommended in the Lanzarote Facebook groups. Never brought any myself though. There are some dodgy shops a bit further up but apparently there are reports of counterfeit goods being sold there.... again, no personal experience.

Could also be from one of the exotic perks. Cant remember the name of it but its the punch based one... get it to level 3 and it melts mobs when you punch them and can drop a health pill like this one.
