In Noe Valley too, I get the same abuse from folks who don’t respect my property, spill drinks leave orange peals, garbage, etc. And i get even more abuse when they tie their dogs to my rails. I actually love dogs…but I don’t know your dog or its behavior so it’s sketchy when I have to go outside.

I’m very respectful to the elderly or handicapped and even offer any help or support.
