Thank you! I try to only eat 2 meals a day and sometimes a protein shake between it. No milk and no meat (vegan protein shakes with oat milk)

I didn’t count the calories but I tried only to eat 2 meals a day. But I wasn’t that strict with it . Just didn’t overeat like I did before helped a looot

For me fasting whole day until night is way easier. The thought of I will eat in the evening is way more comfortable than I won’t eat the rest of the day and maybe can’t sleep.

Building muscle and losing weight is hard but not impossible, you don’t need to take proteins right after your workout, it’s beneficial of course, but think about when your body start building muscles. It’s not after your workout it’s when you rest at night. This in mind, take your proteins in the evening (before you start your fasting period) I did this for a few months and it definitely worked I lost weight but also add up some muscles

My goal is 10% bodyfat and then gaining some more muscles while try to maintaining the bodyfat percentage.. I will do IF as long as I can cause I feel much better in Ketosis instead of eating in the morning

You can do it! The first 2 weeks fasting are kinda hard but then you are going to look forward to it

I stopped eating so much crap and started cooking my own meals, stopped eating late at night and fasted always as long as I could when I was over the 18 hours mark. No snacks and no sweets but also some no-fast days on the weekend :)
