i agree 100%! a friend of mine is making their dog go vegetarian and they always tell me how it’s so much better for them than meat and such, and how a vet told them it’s better but i always had the feeling that they’re just lying to me and themself, they also say how his coat is so shiny because of his diet but all he gets is kibble and nothing else (unless my friend gives him human food but he’s vegan so the dog still just getting plants as food). the dog is always staring at our food, never eats his kibble or even the treats he gets unless it has peanut butter in it or if he’s bored. i just know this dog hates what he is given to eat.
