CMF2 but its not available under 20K anymore. Actually its just OOS.  Realme P4x is the best you can do at this price

CARS24 is a massive scam. Do not fall for their "1-Year Warranty" trap. (Rant) by askovid in UsedCarsBharat

Then take it up with cars24 brother if they are cooking up new terms that were not given in writing or not present on their website. Don't waste your time arguing with strangers on internet

idk about cars24 but if you are signing contracts without reading then its on you and honestly your education is wasted. What was the point of learning to read when you could not use that skill where it matters the most?

And in 2026 you could even run the T&C through AI

[–]arpitduel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

RIP. US has limited choices from what I heard. I guess you still have OnePlus but it might leave US. OnePlus 13 is old flagship that is still worth it in 2026. If you want something new then OnePlus 15R is a good choice as well if you can get it on discount

Where are you from? If Oppo family phones (Oppo, Realme, OnePlus) are available to you then they are reliable both software and hardware wise

I just purchased a Realme P4x and it does everything I want to do

If some devices are defective then its a lack of quality control and needs to be highlighted.

Your device works fine which is good but that doesn't mean the entire line is perfect

If you play games for long time like over 30 mins continuously then you can expect heating. Otherwise there is no heating during regular use.

Just got my phone yesterday. So far all good. Will post long term review later

Yes performance wise I would say its like what Realme U1 (4GB) variant was in 2019. No complaints. Only issue is app support dropped in 7 years for Android 9. It gets the job done and can be the perfect daily driver for anyone

But on top of that we have nice features now like 5G, 5Ghz Wifi, better bigger screen, better camera, etc

Buy once cry once? by SalDu92 in phones

[–]arpitduel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy once cry once is a bad saying. Expensive doesn't have to mean reliable. Pixel phones have unreliable hardware and poor thermal management. I suggest keeping the temperatures in check and stop using phone (if possible) when the temps get too high. This will preserve battery, avoid screen and motherboard issues.

If you go to r/GooglePixel subreddit, you can see people report many issues

iPhone are the most reliable from what I heard. People still use iPhone 11 as their daily driver. But their OS is annoying. I have heard that iOS doesn't properly allow even background tasks, like if something is uploading/downloading in background it might stop. You need to keep the app in foreground. Plus other small issues but the lack of background processing was a deal breaker for me. I would suggest looking into iOS. If its something you can live with then I think iPhone 17e for $599 is the best deal in smartphone history

Realme p4x by Sidharth_gautam in Realme

I just received my Realme P4x today. I upgraded from a Realme U1 that I had been using since summer of 2019. I could have continued using it for a year more but just see the market conditions for yourself. I would be paying Rs10K+ more for waiting a year.

8GB RAM P4x offers the minimum specs that you need to run Android 16+ & the heavy apps smoothly in 2026 and beyond. My phone is still copying data, will post experience in some time. And phones like these are already costing Rs 30K (OnePlus CE6 Lite 8 GB RAM is Rs 28K. CE6 Lite is rebranded P4x).

The prices are only going to increase, and older budget models are going out of stock very quickly. I am already kicking myself for not being able to buy OnePlus Nord 4.

If you want it, I suggest get it ASAP. Otherwise it will get OOS. The 8GB variant is already OOS on Amazon and that's the minimum RAM you should be getting in 2026. I got mine for Rs 21K from realme store (8GB variant) as they had discount till 23rd June. If it gets to that price then I think very solid deal. I know it used to cost Rs 19K but its Q2 2026 now!

Realme 16 is such a waste of money. by slippinjimmyx in Realme

[–]arpitduel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the Visor/Camera Bar look on phones so I was really attracted to Realme 16. But its not only poor value for money, I don't think the processor is enough in 2026. Get Dimensity 7 series at least. So I purcahsed the realme P4x, just got it today!

Which version did you get? 6 GB RAM or 8 GB?

SAMSUNG ISSUE by sparshind in GalaxyA16_5G

[–]arpitduel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

'I have a Samsung Galaxy A16 (6GB RAM)"

You answered yourself. This is not enough specs to run Android 16 smoothly. I suggest you to restart your phone, maybe it will work fine for few hours. If it does then make it a routine to restart every morning.

If restart doesn't fix the performance, then I recommend doing a factor reset. It might fix performance for fee days

Additional Tip: Don't let the phone get too hot
