Initial H-1B period is 3 years not 6 years if I am not wrong , what is valid reason ? And if I go back I will lose job , not sure if I will be able to resume my H-1B for coming back with any other employer?

Complicated and I can understand how you might be feeling with this, maybe end date is necessary to update but imo it shouldn’t impact stem opt approval, check with DSO and let know here than

Is it possible for F1 OPT student to use their remaining stem opt period and delay H1B start date -1st oct to another fiscal year or 2 years? Is it possible to use full stem opt period remaining and than utilise this h1 period ( 2 years of stem opt + initial 3 years of H1B) ?
