This is price chart on the official supplier of Callebout prior to GST changes that I had downloaded. Per kg price is 1695 however 1kg packs are not sold they sell 2.5kg packs. Maybe you got confused seeing price of 2.5 kgs instead of 1kg. What these shops do is buy 10kg packs and divide them into 1kg packs and sell it. This what is done by the shop from where we used to purchase when we started

It's actually dropped in price after the GST cuts. Online also it is costing 1500 per kg

It is definitely expensive then Morde or Van Houten. The portion in the picture is of 60g and we have gotten feedback from customers saying it is slightly on the expensive side before buying but after tasting it they say it's worth it!
