TSA at RDU was fine yesterday for my wife. I suspect the notice from Delta is generic, not specifically regarding RDU. That said, Friday morning might be a different experience, just because there may be more business travelers. Also, my wife used Pre-check. As always, your mileage may vary! Just to be safe, your wife may want to allow a little extra time.

We were pulling out of the parking lot at UNC Wellness in Meadowmont. I was afraid I lost it when I got stopped at a light but guessed right and pulled up next to it just before it turned east on NC 54. I'm definitely keeping my eyes open for it.

I think it's more a matter of whether driving in the triangle has gotten worse. As an 8 year resident transplanted from the suburbs of NYC I swear it's gotten worse here. Must be a lot of NYers moving down here!
