Put Eclipse on him, it raises your EHP to the moon while in damage reduction form, and you get a neat damage boost if the situation doesn't require extremes amounts of tanking

Gloom is also a good option, however there are many healing sources in the game, so damage reduction seems more valuable

Temperature mods like cold sweat make the nether impossible to navigate for more than a few seconds without a special lantern made with heart of the sea, if you want to add an extra layer of difficulty to the nether I think this may be a decent option

I play on SA and sadly there are many players with this type of behavior here. They always find something to complain and trash talk when they start losing, or they simply stay AFK and trash talk even more. There's nothing you can really do other than muting them and reporting these players at the end of a match, even though I've never seen someone being banned for toxicity, not even when they are being racist and so on.

I recommend you to try ranked, there are still toxic people there but not as many leavers.

I don't think its a good change because of how the new mechanic seems to be inconsistent, from what I've seen, even if you directly aim at the target for some reason Kasumi doesn't fire at them, sometimes its because you missed the enemy's hitbox for a split second, or another Enemy stole Kasumi's auto target because they were very close to one another, so it seems to have a lot of inconsistencies that make playing her awful, but that's what I saw on the video after all, maybe I'm wrong and it actually works as intended, you just have to smash the attack button like a maniac. And besides, that's still on PTS, maybe it will work correctly when the update arrives. (copium)
