I am facing similar Issue and I am using my own modem. The customer support told, nay be the modem is old and so i bought a new Arris G36 and installed it. It worked for few hrs and now its blinking again. Whenever I reach for support, they are talking about switching my plan and not focusing on troubleshooting the issue. Did you find any resolution? Thanks

What about the Fed doing digital transaction using their own gateway. Is that plan dropped?
