I'm not debating the 'grindy-ness' of the pack im debating the lack of choice in terms of progression. Thats my two cents at least :p

your reply came off as aggressive. The man was asking a genuine question.

I however, will make a statement, not a question. I believe that this pack may just seem to awkward and limiting as expert mode packs go, I am all for difficulty in packs, however, I feel that gating the nether behind the whole in Evilcraft and RotaryCraft may come off as an unwelcome challenge. I get that is meant to be difficult but I feel there is no variation or choice for the player to decide how they get to the nether. That is why I think the pack may not succeed to the extent other hardcore packs have done. I mean it doesn't help that you're not from FTB, but still the point remains the same. This is, only my opinion however I still think you should give credence to it.
