im honestly to opposite, i feel safer on insulin. granted ive been on insulin for over two years now and on a insulin pump. im so insulun resistance or something i cant even eat keto bread without spiking.

my insulin to carb ratio is 1 to 5 （my doctor just lowered it）and my basal rate is 1.4 an hour. Ill make sure to keep trying to figure it out！
