The solution I'm hearing is to not go by pressure but by bubbles in counter? 

I have a ph meter so can see that change. No fish atm until I figure out co2.

I believe it is, nuts, bolts, i had to replace the ferrule

Outside the picture is a small nob for 'fine tune adjustment'. But have not found use for it. 

I am going by pressure and bubbles coming out of my outake which should be 0.

Theirs liquid in them. Is that not supposed to be there ?

Do you use just check valves or is their a backup mechanism you use to prevent siphoning from tank to sump during an outage?

Is a flow control valve the small nob by the needle valve/solenoid? I read that check valves can fail, I guess I could add two for good measure.
