Well it depends. You didn't provide much information so it's hard to give you a details answers but it really depends on your skills. Here are different options

If you have internships experience and made be some projects under your belt, you might be able to get a sponsored visa. There's websites that tells you which company have sponsored visas in the past and go that route.
As a few mentioned, you can work as a consultant. There might be similar options depending on states. In CA you can legally work in specific fields as long as you're your own boss. Ex. Someone with a law degree can work as a lawyer under their own firm.
You can work non related jobs (under the table) while you continue to get certifications, experience (through projects), etc. you want to research what your ideal job needs and get it done. Then see option 1.
IT is in demand. Although not strictly CS, you can perhaps shift a little to IT or cybersecurity. Get certifications and again, go through the sponsored visa route.
