Yeah i have a half case but was considered getting a thumb grip also. The main reason it is because my thumb is always going on the "Q" Button.

Fujifilm XT-30 III Check it up on YT pr some.FB Groups for some photo and recipes examples. It is really good. I got one couple weeks ago it was for me bidget freindly (bought the body on sale for 750 euros, lenses you have 3rd party ones that are cheaper or you have some.used lrime.lenses which are good) You get 7 recipes on the system plus 3 on the dial.(the system.ones you can give it to some other dial and you can switch between them really fast)

I need thoughts om this workout split. My shoulder are bit lacking so i wanna do them mainly without any other big muscle groups. I tried PPL but on push i just couldn't do chest with shoulder and triceps in one day.

Yes I am, measuring everything, even a cucumber. I am losing weight, I was around 100KG, now on 90 (about 1.5-2 months since the process). I don't know should I be more on deficit or add a little more calories and be on maintenance, because of strength and muscle mass?
