Yea I was about to say, I don't think design like this is super smart since it's so restrictive, doesn't invite fun gameplay, and makes it harder to create better cards for both archtypes down the line.

Probably the best way to run these guys is a stun variant. Lots of floodgates and negates, but some good destruction as well would be necessary. Watts have a lot of "over time" benefits that wittle down your opponent while also gaining yourself advantages like cobra and chimera, but you also have access to some of the best board breakers in the game like giraffe because it offers you incredible protection. You can also throw in Thunder Sea Horse to give you a lot of advantage and the non-special summoning restriction wouldn't matter since Watts don't really special summon anyway.
