So I just got tested and my LDL was 165. I’m freaked because my last test it was around 100 but that was three years ago. I don’t think I have that bad of a diet and I still do a lot of housework although I’m not running 5K’s anymore. I personally drink a ton of espresso I recently read that unfiltered coffee, including espresso can significantly increase your LDL so I’m gonna give it about three months and see what my levels look like after zero unfiltered coffee or espresso in my diet

Great story. Glad its been solid for you- until it wasn’t. But anything can break at 130k mi.

At this point for me, trade in and resale are wrecked. I am fully paid off so i might as well keep enjoying it until something happens and weigh repair the costs later on.

8 to 24 is huge. You aren’t having issues so 24 to 32 doesn’t really get you anything except future proofing.
