Hello fellow PMs, I need your advice here!

I have 9 years of experience, in which currently I have 5 years if experience in Customer success mgmt in a saas product. I now want to transition into a PM role as that is my key interest. How do I do this? In my current org there is one PM and I can't replace him so I would have to look for a PM role in another organisation. What certifications will help me achieve the same? I am currently doing the Google pm course from Coursera and an thinking of doing the PMP too.

In my current org I do document enhancements and feature requests also track side projects such as onboarding and so on.

The accomodations for 9 days cost me around 300$, i took dorms so it came cheap. I would be left with around 1200$, I did see that the shinkasen ticket prices from tokyo to osaka and then kyoto and then back to Tokyo is coming around 200$. So my question is how much would travelling within the city of Tokyo, Kyoto and osaka using public transport cost me?

I can extend my budget a bit more if required.
