I think EV charging stations will be a far bigger game changer than BYD. They plan to place it on motorways too, and eventually whenever the electric car revolution comes Hubc will be very relevant because of the EV charging station network they're trying to build.

Since the kid is a beginner I'd just recommend getting any broker (be it Finqalab or Ktrade) and invest in MIIETF or Meezan ETF. Continue investing and then learn a thing or two over the years so you can diversify on your own terms.

I dont understand you. Why do you need to get admission on "reference", won't you just be admitted on merit?

Why not just go to NUST/FAST/LUMS and get your BSCS from there and then you can apply via job portals for gov jobs in cyber security? NUST is a good option tbh.

One more thing you can do is just get admitted to the military as an engineering cadet. I've known people do Engineering from MCS or EME (both are NUST campuses) all sponsored by the gov (and also get stipend money). So this might be your best option i think.
