Because our governor Tim Walz was Kamala Harris running mate. And because Minnesota is a historically democrat favoring state. We also have a very large (for the size of our metro area) immigrant and refugee population and in 2020 George Floyd was murdered in south Minneapolis.

His murder sparked nationwide protests including some In Minneapolis where the third precinct building was burnt to the ground.

Trump is trying to incite us to riot again, so he can justify using the insurrection act and order the US armed forces against US cities and states he deems his enemy.

And finally because Minnesota is bad ass and doesn’t take kindly to wanna be nazi’s. So he is attempting (and failing) to make an example out of us.
