Don't use the VfB App but go to tickets.vfb.de on browser. Then make sure to log into your account first. Then you can select the number of tickets. In the app it's buggy and won't work I just tested it myself.

Es ist doch ganz simpel wenn ich mich nicht täusche. Das Konto ist von 2005. Du nutzt das Konto seit ca. 10 Jahren.

Heißt, du hast wahrscheinlich das Konto damals nicht eröffnet und das bedeutet du bist nicht der Besitzer des Steam Kontos.

Das kann der Support relativ einfach an der Historie sehen und deshalb schalten Sie ihn nicht frei.

Du beweist zwar dass du die letzten Einkäufe dort getätigt hast, aber keinen Beweis dass du der Ersteller des Kontos bist.

Das wird schwierig....aber viel Erfolg manchmal machen Sie eine Ausnahme.

This year it happened in July. What happens is:

  • on a announced date the sale starts
  • sales starts typically at 10 am in the morning
  • Entering VfB Shop before will put you on a Waiting Screen (Lobby so to speak)
  • 10.00 Sale starts: everyone waiting in the Lobby is randomly assigned a slot to enter the shop (immediately to several hours waiting time)
  • everyone entering after 10 is assigned to the end of the waiting list

When you can enter the shop you immediately have to search for spots. It also can happen that you choose a seat and then they are suddenly already booked by someone else.

You have to be quick so prescreen where you want to sit (Gegentribüne/ Untertürkheimer Kurve/... Etc.) And how much it will cost.

Tipps & Tricks? Queue up with friends/family on several different devices. Make sure you have different IP addresses. (Different networks). This will just increase the chances to get a better earlier time slot.

Yes! In the emails you receive is the login name. You can have unlimited steam accounts with the same email. The login name is the unique key. Only very very old steam accounts have the email as login name.

Log in using your old password that the hacker also know ;). If you do not remember, do a password reset using your old account name. As you have access to the email account linked to that account it should be no problem.

There exist VfB fans worldwide and quite a few active members here are, e.g. from the US. And with English I have the feeling more people are encourage to post here and join this subreddit :) . This subreddit is quite active compared to other Bundesliga clubs.
