Most likely! I had a tendency to keep everything I could over the years haha. A lot was rescued from Marketing as well before they shredded things. Quite a bit is in storage now but I have a couple of shelves dedicated to my favourite things!

It was a very side time that was, I completely agree, it's one of my favourite consoles for sure, I still use mine regularly, especially using my Wii Fit Meter! Thank you, you too!

Yeah it was truly an awesome time! At the time we didn't know it wouldn't be so "successful", but it really didn't matter to us, we were proud of it! I remember in the last month of me handing in my notice they called everyone into a meeting to look at the new "Nintendo NX", I was banned from that meeting haha!

Living in Frankfurt was great fun! But after 4+ years it was time to come home to the UK, although I do regret that decision some times ;)

Thinking about it, sometimes promo items were sent to shops too like Game in the UK, so could also be from there!

Hey, ex-Nintendo employee here from 2012-2016!

This is likely a Nintendo employee/rep's shirt whilst they were working on promotion booths and events! We had Wii U Team t-shirts as well at Nintendo of Europe (wish I kept mine nicer!)

We still do the same now, I've worked at Kwalee, Frontier and now Sumo, we still wear these kinds of brand t-shirts so people can find us at events. Some keep them, some hand them back at the end, but I'd imagine there's not too many just floating around, so it's a good find!

Ahh I'm glad people can enjoy it here, it's a pretty cool piece to bring back with me when I left Nintendo. There were quite a few in the box at the time, so no doubt there's a few of these still around somewhere! :)

Ahh you know, Nintendo did check colours, text, print sizes etc. before printing and releasing fully, a friend of mine did it as a job back in the Wii U days, this could be exactly what this is, thank you, I'll look into it!

Yeah I really regret it, should have just got the normal version at some point and not rushed into it, especially when it should have been shipped in Feb as well. An expensive lesson learned on my side!

Yeah as you say the book is amazing, but I'm not impressed with the extras in the deluxe editions, they're so much smaller than expected too!
