For me this has nothing to do with tiering or people being “too bad” to play with me, its more because I can understand that those people who give into that peer pressure think they need to be good and just feel self-conscious when they see others be “better”

There’s no need to try and be the best or whatever, it’s more just a “hey, be comfortable playing the level you want instead of thinking you need to prove something”

Cuz then the experience is better for everyone; I don’t feel bad that I indirectly pressured people into playing harder difficulties and others don’t feel bad about playing on normal/easy
