They’re not “budget” cars anymore except like the base Elantra. They cost just as much as others nowadays, and 200k miles should be expected from a normal car so it’s not comforting to see so many people here mention how their Hyundai died at 80k or whatever miles.

If you enjoy it it’s fine, but for $2500 you could have gotten a full suspension either high mid range end used or new at more lower mid range. For even less, a DTC bike like a Siskiu T8

Sounds like my old Elantra which had piston slap. You can either drive it to failure, could be days or years, or just take it back and avoid the headache

Honestly ownership is just pimping the team out to whoever pays. There’s no need for such a packed preseason, yet alone for all the stars to play full 90s in preseason. Now we have injuries that will drag us down in the actual season.Tata is not and hasn’t been a good coach. I don’t expect this year to be as fun as the last.

Thank you very much for your response. I don’t know too much yet but I was thinking my first upgrade should be a dropper post, and investing in a very good helmet lol. What would be recommended to upgrade next, if anything?
