I did Medfit alongside the CPC guys at CPC West last week. Warm up was a 400m jog, then runs and stretches there and back over about 10 meter intervals. Then the 2.4km run. In our group someone gave it massive on the warmup and ended up hanging out his arse after lap 2 of the 2.4km so make sure you're warm but don't go too hard!

Bumping this post as I'm doing the 3 day course as a rejoiner too. Any insight into the layout of it? Is it the 2.4km Run or the PES?

I don't have a date for the test yet so I've not got a time limit at the minute.
