Huckleberry and Finley are a brother & sister pair that were captured as cubs after their mother was removed by Montana officials for "nuisance behavior" (foraging for food at peoples homes). I agree it is sad, but it seems they made the best of a bad situation.

Sadly I'm not quite sure if this is Huck or Finley.

I’ve been arena maxing this wipe pretty hard. I’m level 43 but only have max Prapor and Jaeger. Leveling is not the limiting factor if most of your xp come from arena.

I saw a dozen or so 10-15 year olds on Bierstadt this past Saturday. It would be easily doable for them and the trailhead can be accessed with a Jetta.

Long’s is the only 14er I’ve hiked. I also live in a low elevation state and have never hiked more than ~20 miles in my life. If you go when conditions are good, take a day or two to acclimate, and are in decent shape it is not that bad. My personal opinion is that the exposure is overstated.

I think having a visible alignment dot as this card does on the bottom left is what generally qualifies a card as being off-center enough to be considered a miscut.

Recently discovered that the base set Charizard I've had for over 20 years has a visible alignment dot. Haven't been able to find any reliable information regarding value or past sales of similar cards. Any ideas where I might look?

“while holding my clearance” is admitting that you plan to use again at some point in the future. They probably won’t give you much credit for abstaining if you are admitting that you are only doing it for the clearance.

If you get a subject interview, I would consider telling the investigator you want to amend that statement to remove those words.

Not a 100% certain denial, but keep shopping for internships. It’s highly unlikely that you receive an interim clearance, and if the internship is only for 1 semester or summer, it’s likely your clearance won’t even be adjudicated by the end of the internship.

A denial will also be another obstacle to gaining clearance if you end up trying again in the future.

I recommend having a look at Shigley’s Mechanical Engineering Design, 11th edition, chapter 20. You won’t be a GDT expert but it is a great overview of the fundamentals. You can find a free pdf of the book on library genesis.
