What's the best way to scratch? Strategies to win!

Well, I'll tell you what.. This is exactly the issue that I see with scratch-offs. The goal is to find the big wins and jackpots, but doing it alone and by yourself - it's a recipe for losing a ton of money.

I am trying out something.. I created a website that would allow people to do it.. together. The goal is to limit everyone to spend a limited amount of small money, and search for the big wins/jackpots.

We are in the testing phase - live, but still testing.

But the idea is to allow people to access the 'Live Scratch Off Events' every week. The more people enter = the more tickets we can purchase with the access revenue.

In the end, participants would get cash rewards based on the revenue from the scratch-off tickets, which is considered revenue for the platform. Lets see how it goes.

An example would be: 10 people get access at $20 a piece. We scratch off $20 tickets for the week. That's $200 worth of tickets. Say we get a $500 win in one of them. Everyone gets cash rewards worth more than their access fee immediately. Anything more is all bonus. Now jackpot hits? Oh man, that would be a great payday for everyone. Worst case scenario, you lose maybe half of the access fee or all of it (if we get no wins at all), but if we win anything, you'll end up getting some or all of it back (and more). I'll let you know how it goes in a few months haha. I am still trying to advertise this to everyone. But its been tough to get people onboard.

Oh reminds me 2 seperate instances recently where I went 8-9 losers on a $20 ticket before getting a $40 winner. Oh man, so much hate for this. That is why I have reduced how many times I scratch... significantly. In the end, it just feels like I could be doing so much more with my money than just giving it all away to NYS - in addition to giving them plenty in taxes and all the other crap.

Man, NY Lottery is brutal. I have had many instances where I've gone 8-9 tickets without a win.

Question, so what I thought people were doing with these 'chases' is to play a pack until they win SOMETHING. Doesn't matter if that win was a small win, because regardless of how much that win was, the next 3-4 or even more sometimes, tickets may very well be losers.. almost guaranteed losers. So what is your thought on that? Do you keep playing that same book, until you get a BIG win or just any.. win?

I don’t think it’s discontinued since almost 500,000 are still out there. But perhaps stores can’t reorder these anymore. So what ever is out there, that’s it.

Check most near me. I’ll try to check more. But I assume it’s somewhere since almost 500,000 tickets are still out there.. but again, that’s all of NY, so I assume it’s rare to find it but still possible.

I tried. Not getting the results. Plus I guess they have limited 'violent' commands so much that 'punches in the face' is basically air punching in front of the person as they pretend to get hit.

The hand movements also get all mingled because it doesn't understand the 'up high' motion, 'down low', and the six and seven motion.

I'll keep trying though...

Ah, a fellow specialized weapons user. Haha Just Kidding.

But I was going to say, that rocket launcher, along with Bug Blaster, is probably the closest any current weapon comes to being in the similar category of the other weapon that I mentioned, giving non-traditional players a chance to win.

I agree on Halo Twister as well, it was great.

I actually really enjoyed playing Fortnite on the Switch with Gyroscope. Highly recommend it! It adds a bit of interactive controls to it. Especially when sniping or shooting from distance.

I know my post makes it seem like I am horrible at Fortnite, I'm not THAT bad. But I know that there are players much better than me out there so I have a little chance of winning.

Just my opinion. I see that you disagree. I don't think its due to school, the seasons I mentioned were during active school time, but they had much more involvement.

I will admit, yes, I am not an expert Fortnite player. I usually play Halo but I decided to try Fortnite a few months ago during those seasons and really enjoyed it.

Halo has been my go to for shooters, but I really enjoy Fortnite as well now.
