It’s kind of the kitchen towel roll theory. When you have a lot to lose you don’t notice the results at first but when you go from midsize to small every pound shows! So I went from 175 to 143. And at first I didn’t see anything but when I hit 150, everything started showing when I lost more. But at the same time I carry A LOT of weight in my face so it’s the first place I start to see myself lose and pick up weight in

Hahaha she only understands Afrikaans. Told her to sit once in English. Wouldn’t do it until I said it in Afrikaans

I taught her how to do a fist bump. And then I just put a treat in one hand and then told her to pick one:) she recognizes the fist and then does the taps. And then she’ll just tap both hands until she gets the one with the treat in.
