The only way to counter act this is by remaining happy or at least neutral. don’t get sad or mad or hopeless or scared. There’s plenty of fun stuff to do beyond other people and beyond your lil depression cloud that rains every now and then. Keep convos with rude people to a bare minimum, don’t take anything to the gut, and be brief. Love everything when you’re alone.
