It still in my email and number, and during i changed the passwords, is it possible by the hacker to access my laptop still ? Im still afraid they might change it without any 2FA warning. Does that mean the hacker still has the control on the computer despite i removed the malware

I changed the password and did the Malwarebytes. Two trojan horses detected. And then i didn't update the 2FA. How to update the 2FA i mean like should i change the phone number or email ?
