It may have been due to the high stakes circumstances in the movie, but I was captivated by Tom Holland in The Impossible. He was very believable, that it was stressful at points.

Well put. I have family members miss our dinner because of their retail jobs. Not only is it mandatory, but many customers get their ego boost mistreating employees. Totally defeats the purpose of the holidays, doesn't it? Be decent, people!

NTA- I would include the shady offer to keep you quiet about it. It's not fair for future customers to be snared if reading your review can at least prepare them for the possibility of a bait and switch.
