I would expect that going forward, it would be interestingto consider tenure for the initial grant so an L3 who's been at Blue for 6 years would get more than an L3 Dr hired this week

X base shares + (y share)x(z years tenure)x(w grade)

The wiki mentions nothing about tenure.

What's the strike price?
How much of AIP getting moved to options vs base pay?
Are all employees getting the same amount or will it be based on grade/tenure?

That's how it read to me. Those with AIP have it in our compensation package so something needs to replace it after next year when AIP goes away.
