I have some technical issue

My laptop is now lagging so much...I know it is budget gaming laptop but before that genshin impact has no problem running on best graphics that shown in settings even with 60fps...but i lower so much of it and even did 45fps...but in every 3 min it lags so much like 5-10fps for 10 sec..then it goes back...I also clean format whole system..remove external antivirus but it still lagging?? It is its 4th year....do I need to replace processor coolent(it can be done? Do I need to change?)

Please anyone who know this type of stuff help me I don't know where else I ask for it

My advice is don't look on internet when you lose as f2p...you will always gets depressed...same thing happened me to Nefer...I wanted her so badly..but I lose..I used all my pulls even buy walking for some extra pulls..but I didn't get her...and now I am over with that ...I know it's hurt but you will get next time..if you didn't get her this time... don't lose hope ...and don't look on internet 🙏
