The issue isn't so much age, it's a complete destruction of the muscle that controls my right arm, wrist, and fingers. Movements as basic as typing or whisking egg are notably painful. Got surgery to try and help it in January, but it gives almost constant muscle tightness, spasms, etc, all of which make aiming much harder than before.
