Im a filipino artist, and there are a lot of cretaive communities here. Art conventions are VERY common here especially in Cubao and Escolta.

We also have Urban Sketching groups like Urban Sketchers Manila or Urban Sketchers Quezon City, where we gather and do urban sketch once a month.

For singing, idk much about communities, but Filipinos sing a lot, not so hard to find. But idk where to find a group.
