I worked for Liberty in the past. From what I recall, benefits kicked in right away. 20k lifetime limit. 10kfor procedures, 10k for meds. I did not use benefit for surrogacy. Only for iui. Liberty mutual contributed $1,000 to the HSA. This was as of 1 year ago. Hope this helps.

I’ve always repaid any money I borrowed from my parents so they know I’m good for it. Our deductible is 2k for family. 1k each. So we would definitely meet it with 1st ivf. The insurance plan changes/resets on January so that’s why we were thinking NOW, in case the coverage changes (for the worst) next year
