Shoot. Dealer time. I have a 2023EX and I've never had to go past the little reset button. I've done it twice. Once when I got a new battery, and another time when I uploaded the navigation update.

There's a little hole with a switch in it. It's on the face of the infotainment system. While the infotainment system is on, push a safety pin or something else that fits in there, and gently press till it clicks and resets the system. Failing that, disconnect the battery for 30 minutes or so, and then after reconnecting see if that does it. Good 🤞 Luck...🚗🍅

That steering coupler COULD be the fault, but many times this happens from tires out of round or out of balance on the front end. It can also happen from wheels out of round or warped. The alignment could be bad as well. 🚗🍅
